The diploma is composed of four modules, taught by professors of the highest international level:

Module 5. Business Strategy (5 ECTS)

  • Examine the broader environmental, political, and social landscape in which you operate, including the role of government, investors, and customers.

Module 7. Entrepreneurial finances and Investment (5 ECTS)

  • The financial area of a company: fundamentals
  • The financial plan. A key part of the business plan.
  • Venture valuation fundamentals.
  • The financial management of Bio-Health companies.
  • Funding sources: crowdfunding, business angels, venture capitals.

Módule 8. Human Resources and Teams Management (5 ECTS)
